Conference & Event Photographer in Utah
I'm Jocelyn Gardiner, the photographer behind JGardiner Photography. I've been photographing people professionally for over 10 years, and today my work is focused on conferences, summits, retreats and corporate events across Utah, along with on-site team headshots.
Based in Midway, I work with associations, companies and nonprofits that need photos their attendees, sponsors, leadership and marketing teams will actually use.
What I photograph
Two services, both built around events and the people at them.
Conferences & events
Multi-day conferences, summits, leadership retreats, workshops, galas and company events. Keynotes, breakouts, networking, sponsor moments and evening receptions.
On-site team headshots
A portable studio set up at your event or company gathering, with about 5 minutes per person and the same lighting and background for everyone.
Conference headshot stations
A headshot station for speakers, staff and attendees, set up near registration or the exhibit hall. It pairs well with conference coverage.
How I work
Good event photos start before the event. I ask for your agenda, venue map, key people and sponsor priorities, then plan where to be and when, so the moments that matter to you are covered without you having to direct me on the day.
For larger events I can bring a second photographer to cover concurrent sessions. After the event, I select and edit the strongest images myself, so you get a polished gallery instead of thousands of raw frames.

Based in Midway, working across Utah
I photograph events in Park City, Deer Valley, Heber Valley, Salt Lake City, Utah County and anywhere else in Utah. Travel is included in Summit and Wasatch counties. When I'm not photographing an event, you'll usually find me out in the mountains around Midway.
